when you’re ready, you can schedule your complimentary phone consultation here or complete the form on the “contact” page. this initial phone call will give us a chance to connect, see if we might be a good fit, and clarify any questions.
-
yes! many clients are capable, motivated, and outwardly “doing fine,” but feel internally stressed, disconnected, or unsure of their next steps. therapy offers space to explore those experiences more deeply and create change that feels intentional and aligned.

not at all. i work with couples who feel stuck or at an impasse, as well as those who want to be proactive about strengthening communication and connection. couples therapy can be helpful for navigating challenges, preventing future issues, or building a strong foundation through premarital counseling. couples therapy can be helpful at many stages of a relationship, not just during times of crisis.
-
not necessarily. we will start by checking in about whether there’s anything on your mind that you’d like to focus on. i also come to each session prepared with a general plan informed by your goals and past sessions. while clients are encouraged to take an active role in their therapy, this approach often helps clients feel more at ease, knowing they don’t need to carry the responsibility of setting the agenda every time.
-
therapy is not limited to conversation alone. depending on your goals and needs, sessions may include guided exercises, activities, or worksheets designed to build insight and support change outside the therapy room. at the same time, we’ll prioritize deeper processing to understand the root of ongoing patterns, rather than focusing only on short-term fixes. this combination helps address underlying issues while also giving you tools you can continue to use moving forward.

individual therapy sessions are $160 for 50 minutes.
couples therapy sessions are $180 for 50 minutes.
i offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for those with financial need. if cost is a concern, i’m open to having a conversation about current options during your phone consultation or first session.

i am not in-network with insurance providers. this allows for a more personalized and flexible therapeutic process that is guided by clinical care rather than insurance requirements.
i do provide superbills for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement. a superbill is a monthly itemized receipt that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential partial reimbursement, depending on your plan.

i offer both in-person and virtual sessions, and some clients choose a combination of both. we can work together to determine the format that best fits your schedule, needs, and therapeutic goals.
